Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.

Every inflatable is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each rental. We use commercial grade vinyl cleaners and disinfectants designed specifically for inflatable equipment. Each unit is scrubbed, disinfected, rinsed, dried, and fully inspected before the next rental to ensure a clean and safe experience.

All of our units are made from 100% lead free vinyl. Safety is not an option, it’s a REQUIREMENT, and the safety of your children is our #1 priority.

Yes. We offer text messaging for quick questions, updates, and day of event communication. Texting is often the fastest way to reach us, especially for delivery timing, setup questions, or last minute details. For contracts, invoices, and official documents, email will still be used to ensure everything is properly recorded.

Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!

Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. We do provide a water hose (25ft long) if inflatable is further please have a water hose present.

Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends, holidays, and summer months. Popular units can book out quickly, but last minute availability is sometimes possible. Booking online is the fastest way to secure your date.

Light rain is usually not a problem for inflatables, but safety always comes first. If severe weather is expected, we will work with you to reschedule or issue a rain credit according to our weather policy. Please contact us as early as possible if weather is a concern.

Standard rentals are for the full day. We typically deliver in the morning and pick up later the same day. Exact delivery and pickup times will be scheduled the day before your event or well in advance if you have a certain time an inflatable must be picked up or dropped off.

An adult must be present during setup so we can review safety rules, placement, and answer any questions. Someone must also be available during pickup to ensure clear access to the unit. Unless discussed we may be able to drop off or pick up after digital contract is signed and Safety Rules are understood.

Customers are responsible for supervising children during use. We provide safety instructions at setup and clear usage guidelines, but adult supervision is required at all times.

Each unit has a manufacturer recommended capacity based on size and age group. We will review this with you at setup to ensure safe play and avoid overcrowding.

Most of our inflatables are great for kids ages 2 and up. Some larger water slides and combo units are suitable for teens as well. If you are unsure which unit fits your group, we are happy to help you choose.

For safety and cleanliness reasons, no food, drinks, gum, candy, Silly String or sharp objects are allowed inside any inflatable. This helps prevent slipping hazards, damage to the unit, and keeps everything clean for all guests.

Yes, A generator can be provided for events that do not have access to power for an additional fee. Please let us know in advance if a generator is needed so we can plan accordingly and ensure proper setup.

Generator rental includes a full tank of fuel, which is sufficient for standard event durations. Generator must be returned in the same condition as delivered. Please do not attempt to refuel.

No. Inflatables must be set up on level ground. Sloped or uneven surfaces can be dangerous and may cause the unit to shift during use. If your yard has any slope, please contact us before booking so we can help determine if a safe setup is possible.

Yes. A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your inflatable for the selected date. The deposit holds your reservation and is applied toward the total rental cost.

The remaining balance is due prior to or at the time of delivery, depending on your booking details. Payment instructions will be provided during the reservation process.
